PMS Interface (Property Management System)
RISTV is not directly interfaced to different PMS provider, but to one and only provider called “Meteor”. Meteor has the possibility to interface many PMS, such as Opera/Fidelio etc. also to interface other systems such as PABX, TV etc. This gives RISTV the flexibility to be interfaced with one main general interface-system and make sure that the interface to third party PMS providers is guaranteed by Meteor.

Important: It is very important to make sure the aspect of cost sharing between the final user (Hotel, Hospital etc.) and the PMS provider, to make sure that there will not be any “surprise” according to the PMS-Interface pricing. We can help in finding out more about the pricing model as soon as we know which PMS will be interfaced.
Also very important to know: The basic license of RISTV does not include any PMS-Interface fees etc. Depending on the PMS vendor, we can assist to find out detailed pricing information about the interface and recurring costs for the final user.
