Dellarosa Boutique Hotel & Spa Marrakech elevates guest experience with RISTV Interactive Hospitality TV Solution.
In the heart of Marrakech's prestigious Hivernage district, Dellarosa Boutique Hotel & Spa modernized its in-room entertainment and guest communication experience through the deployment of the RISTV Interactive Hospitality Platform.
Known for its boutique atmosphere, spa facilities, panoramic Atlas Mountain views and premium hospitality standards, Dellarosa needed a modern solution capable of transforming traditional television into a fully interactive digital guest experience.
RISTV delivered a complete hospitality IPTV and interactive TV ecosystem tailored to the operational and aesthetic needs of the hotel. The implementation included interactive guest information, multilingual IPTV entertainment, hotel service presentation, customized welcome interfaces, digital hotel communication tools and modernized in-room guest engagement features.
The solution enables guests to access hotel information, restaurant and spa services, tourism information, IPTV entertainment and digital hospitality services directly from their room televisions. The system was also customized to match the Dellarosa brand identity and interior design atmosphere.
The project demonstrates how boutique hotels can modernize guest services without massive infrastructure replacement, while improving guest satisfaction, operational communication and upselling opportunities.
